What we are
All-in Packaging is a packaging sourcing and project partner based in Shanghai. We are not a factory, and we would rather say so plainly: production runs across a network of specialised partner facilities, and our job is to make that network behave like one supplier.
That distinction matters more than it sounds. A single factory can only offer what fits its own machines. Working across several lets us put the right structure, material and print process on each component of a set — and quote the job honestly when one factory would force a compromise.
What that gets you

- Structural and graphic design in-house — you are not translating between three suppliers

Where we work
Based in Shanghai, producing across Guangdong and Zhejiang, shipping to Europe, North America and the Gulf.
How we would rather work
Directly. If a structure is a bad idea, we will say so at quote stage rather than discovering it at production. If a specification is over-engineered for what you actually need, we will quote the cheaper option alongside it. If a deadline is not achievable, we will tell you when it still matters rather than after it has passed.
