How a project runs
You don’t need finished print files. Bring a sketch, a reference, or a box you want to beat.
1. Brief Tell us the product, the target market and the quantity. We come back with structure and material options, and an indicative price.
2. Structure & dieline Our designers produce the dieline, the fitment and the print layout. You approve a digital proof.
3. White sample A physical, unprinted sample, so you can check fit and dimensions before committing to artwork. This is the step that catches most problems, and it is the cheapest place to catch them.
4. Printed sample Your artwork on the real stock with the real finish. This is what the production run will look like. Approve the sample, not the screen.
5. Mass production Scheduled across our partner facilities, with pre-production and in-line inspection.
6. QC & shipping Inspection before dispatch, packing photos sent to you, and full export documentation.
Quality control

Packing photos are sent before dispatch on every order. If something is wrong, we would rather find it in our warehouse than in yours.
The supply chain behind us
All-in Packaging is a sourcing and project partner, not a single factory. Production runs across a network of specialised facilities chosen per project:
- Rigid and folding cartons — dedicated box plants in Guangdong and Zhejiang
- Corrugated and mailers — carton plants with litho-lamination and flexo lines
- Flexible packaging — film converters with rotogravure and digital presses
- Labels, bags and accessories — separate specialist converters, coordinated to one colour standard
This is why one order can cover a whole packaging set. It is also why we can quote a project across more than one factory when a single one would force a compromise.

Lead time depends on category, quantity and finishing. As a working guide:

Chinese New Year and the pre-Ramadan and pre-Christmas peaks compress capacity. If your launch date is fixed, tell us the date first and we will work backwards from it.
